BIO
Cee Phạm is a Vietnamese American film director, writer, cinematographer, and photographer based in Chicago, IL. Through her production company MY CLEMENTINE PRODUCTIONS, Cee Phạm and her team collaborate with award-winning filmmakers, political advocates, magazine editorials, local brands, and renowned musical artists.
There’s only one goal Cee Phạm has in mind: to dissolve borders. The most powerful stories don’t just entertain, they shift perspectives, spark action, and leave people questioning. We can explore what it means to answer that call to action, giving us space to laugh, to be whimsy, to cry, to fear, to be angry, and ultimately, to be human. Through depth can we bridge connections despite our differences.
CHOKE (2026), Cee’s recent directorial work, is currently screening at Chicago International Film Festival.
